I wanted to give 5 stars because the food, waitress, and second manager were great, but the loss of my reservation and the first manager's attitude still leaves a bad taste. Founded in 1996, Bahama Breeze operates more than 20 restaurants throughout the United States. The first manager delivered poor customer service and the second one delivered good customer service. I'm in customer service and I recognize good and poor customer service. In the future I'll call back later that day or the next just to confirm my reservation was entered, or get a confirmation number.Īnother young lady got my family a table and her concern for our satisfaction made the situation better. We would've went somewhere else but everywhere we called had longer wait times. The Bahama Breeze menu items have been provided by Menuism users or third party data sources. Wood-grilled chicken breast, fresh mushrooms, onions, peppers and squash served over Island rice. They were in my phone call list and their employee didn't enter my reservation. Well it was crowded and the manager who's name I can't remember acted as if she didn't care. I made it almost a week in advance and for the day before so we wouldn't be in a crowd. They "lost" my reservation for Mother's Day. The firecracker shrimp is amazing, and so was my meal. The iPad shows green once you pay off your bill, it was white when we first arrived.Overall, we had a good experience. We quickly put our masks on since no one stopped them to ask them to mask up at all. It was as a bit off putting to see two customers leave their table by us and walk right by us as we were finishing up eating and neither wore a mask out the door. We can pay our bill at the table top pad. The green beans were at least peppered and nicely cooked, was the best part of the salmon meal.īill was $44.54. I see why they put the dollop of butter I didn't want on it then. The salmon filet was also a over cooked and quite dry and it was even hard one one side, jerky hard. The blackened salmon wasn't so blackened and didn't have a lot of flavor and had an herb butter on top of it. The house salad was okay, some burnt lettuce pieces and the Italian dressing was much to sweet for me. The corn chips are thin and crispy and worked well with the stack. We asked for some corn chips, the pitas didn't look to appetizing and we wanted to skip the gluten. and blackened salmon, less butter with broccoli and green beans. We ordered the crab and avocado stack, tropical chicken salad, no goat cheese or candied almonds. It's HH until 6pm, half off drinks and apps. We received a text with our table reservation. Grabbed a reservation for tonight at 5:30pm. He made our experience so much more than just a meal. I would definitely recommend reservations if you plan on going on the weekend. Only downside was that the gluten free menu says you can get a half rack which is no longer available. Paella was very good but could have used a few more mussels. Skirt steak was just a tad over cooked but was still very tasty. Honey Butter Crispy Chicken sandwich very delish and gone in one sitting. Seafood paella, Skirt Steak Churassco, full rack of ribs were all enough for two meals. The place was very busy so we had to wait a little while for our drink order but it seemed like the kitchen was doing a good job because we did not have to wait long for our dinners. They have a good gluten free menu but I think I recall that none of the appetizers are gluten free including the soups. He had a lot of customers and he treated them all very well. on a drink order I placed to make sure I ordered the right thing. Made sure he had it correct before leaving the table. And a major reason for that was our server, Kevin. We had a wonderful dinner here last night.
